Construction of Phase 2 of Settlers Ridge is finally underway with 38 Duvanco lots that are going fast! We're offering Bay of Quinte home-buyers a mix of bungalow and 2-storey homes to choose from. Even though sales are going quickly, this phase of the development still has a few exceptionally large lots available. At this point you still have plenty of time to select models and finishings. As an added feature, all of our Duvanco homes in Phase 2 are Holmes Approved Homes.
