An exciting part of any new home purchase is choosing how your home will look. At the Selections meeting, you have the opportunity to customize the finishes of your home to reflect your personality and lifestyle. This meeting is to determine all exterior materials and colours, windows, exterior doors and a few other “nuts and bolts” that will be a part of your home.
Duvanco Homes is pleased to offer the services of our in-house professional interior decorator, Linda Bridges, to assist with colour selections and coordination from our approved suppliers. Linda will guide you in choosing flooring, kitchen cabinets and interior paint colours. Some of our homeowners even arrange for additional consulting services from Linda to coordinate furniture and accessories.
Once you have finalized your exterior selections, Linda will schedule meetings to customize your kitchen and vanities with our cabinet supplier, then on to flooring and paint colour selections at Carpet One.
